Van Hire for Work, Business and Groups
For professional use, a passenger van solves the daily transport of a whole team: building work, installations, maintenance or off-site meetings, without having to run two cars and coordinate two drivers. In Marbella this is on top of the seasonal staff hired in hospitality, events and services, who need a vehicle for weeks or months at a time. That is our long-term car hire.
In summer, extra seasonal staff and production teams for events such as the Starlite Festival at the Cantera de Nagüeles need to move several people and equipment at once, for weeks on end.
The other main use is groups travelling together: hotels and villas organising outings for their guests, weddings, golf tournaments or stag and hen parties. In every case you drive, you're hiring the vehicle, not a chauffeured service. We deliver it to our office in Marbella, to your hotel or to the event venue.

Frequently Asked Questions About Van Hire in Marbella
Does a Van Fit in Marbella's Underground Car Parks?
It's the first thing to check, and almost nobody warns you about it. The underground car parks in central Marbella and Puerto Banús usually have a height barrier set at 2 metres, and a tall van won't fit through. Tell us where you plan to park before you book and we'll confirm the height of the model you choose.
Can I Carry Bulky or Unusually Sized Loads?
Yes, message us beforehand with the exact dimensions and we'll confirm which van in our fleet fits everything in.
Can I Take the Hire Van Out of Spain?
It depends on the cover you choose. The basic cover only applies to mainland Spain, so you can't cross into Portugal or Gibraltar with it. The premium cover extends to Spain, Gibraltar and Portugal, so if your plan includes either of those, that's the one you need.
Are the Vans Automatic or Manual?
It depends on the model. This category includes both automatic and manual vans, and the gearbox type is listed on each one's spec sheet along with seats, luggage capacity and doors.
Can I Add an Additional Driver to the Van?
Yes, but it depends on the cover. On the basic cover the additional driver isn't included, and on the premium cover it's free. If you're planning to take turns driving on a long trip, the premium is worth it.
